3. Quintin Simmons Jr.

Kicking things off at the wide receiver position, Louisville and Vince Marrow have shown a lot of interest in the state of Ohio. With the Cardinals set to lose multiple receivers after the 2026 season, it might be smart to recruit for the future, and a good target is Kentucky transfer Quintin Simmons.

The Kentucky transfer is a former 4-star recruit out of high school after earning 20 catches for 315 yards and six touchdowns in his senior season, and 31 catches for 533 yards and eight touchdowns in his junior season. Simmons ranked as high as No. 541 in the nation and No. 55 among wide receivers.

After not earning time in the 2025 season with Kentucky, he is one of many wide receivers to enter the portal. Simmons wouldn’t be a player who would earn many reps this season, but would add depth for 2026 and be someone Deion Branch develops over the years, with Louisville losing Tre Richardson, TreyShun Hury, and others after this season.
