2. Javeon Campbell | DL
Vince Marrow and Jeff continue to address the defensive line, and someone Louisville has already reached out to from Kentucky’s transfer list is defensive lineman Javeon Campbell. With the Cardinals adding five former Wildcats, three of them on defense, it would make sense if Campbell follows the group to Louisville.
Campbell is a former 4-star recruit out of high school and was ranked as high as No. 277 in the 2025 recruiting class. With offers from big-time programs like Ohio State, Notre Dame, Miami, Alabama, and Auburn, Campbell was one of the best recruits from Kentucky.
The former Louisville target is now once again available, and with Marrow on the Cardinals' side, Louisville fans have a good feeling in this one. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound DL is a true freshman and ranks No. 537 in the portal and the No. 61-ranked edge rusher.
