2. Kasean Pryor

Entering last season, many were extremely high on the USF transfer Kasean Pryor. The 6-foot-10 power forward can dominate both ends of the floor while being a threat from beyond the arc. However, Pryor suffered a season-ending injury against Oklahoma in just the seventh game of the season.

Now, he makes a much-anticipated return to Louisville and is a key piece to the Cardinals' frontcourt. While Pryor struggled offensively last season with the Cards, he was able to be effective in the games. He averaged 12.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game last season, while also averaging 13.0 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game, shooting 44.7 percent from the field with the Bulls.

Louisville missed Pryor in the back half of the season as the injury bug continued to hit the Cardinals, forcing Louisville to play Hadley in his position. Now, with this depth of a locker room, the Cardinals frontcourt is loaded with bigs, Pryor included. With many worried about the Cardinals' defense, Pryor is the boost this team needed, especially for the frontcourt. He is a disruptor on the defensive side, as he can protect the rim while also cutting lanes and deflecting the ball. Louisville fans are excited to have Pryor back, and he is set to be a crucial piece on this roster.
