Kalib Perry
Kalib Perry is a linebacker who earned some praise from linebacker coach Mark Ivey before the season began. Perry was a backup during his three seasons with Tennessee, but was able to show potential in his sophomore and junior years with the Volunteers.
He transferred to the Cardinals this offseason and has already shown he can step up for the absence of Clark. Through two games, he has logged eight total tackles, including two solos. His best season came last year with Tennessee when he earned 26 total tackles, 11 solo tackles, and one forced fumble.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound linebacker has massive shoes to fill if he gets the nod to start, but whether he starts or comes off the bench, Louisville fans will see his name called much more throughout the season.
