Someone who has emerged as a recent Louisville target is the South Carolina transfer Brian Rowe. With Louisville already earning 21 commitments, Rowe appears to be the closest to committing soon. The South Carolina transfer reportedly has Louisville in his final five, as Rowe announced he is down to Florida, UCLA, Virginia Tech, Cal, and Louisville.
Rowe is coming off his true freshman season and is currently ranked No. 243 in the portal and is ranked as the No. 54 wide receiver. Last season with the Gamecocks, he logged 19 receptions for 149 yards and one touchdown.
Rowe ranked as a 4-star recruit in high school after hauling in 46 receptions for 935 yards and 11 touchdowns in his senior season and a total of 2,332 yards and 31 touchdowns in his high school career. Rowe ranked as high as the No. 257 player in the 2025 recruiting class and the 37th best receiver.
