2. Kaleb Beasley
Someone, the Louisville Cardinals should try to contact immediately the Tennessee transfer, Kaleb Beasley. The former Tennessee Volunteer entered the portal after the Volunteers brought in Penn State DC Jim Knowles, who has also brought multiple Nittany Lions with him. So, now with him recently entering the portal just this week, the Cardinals should try to contact the former 4-star as soon as possible.
Louisville lost multiple key players in the safety position last year, and Beasley emerges as a perfect target. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound safety was a consensus 4-star recruit out of high school after earning a combine of 93 tackles, 42 pass breakups, 41 interceptions, and six defensive touchdowns. He ranked as high as the No. 165 overall recruit in the 2024 class and was the top recruit out of Tennessee.
Now, he is in the portal after spending his first two seasons with the Volunteers and playing in 25 games. He earned 28 tackles and two pass breakups in his two years, including 24 tackles and one pass breakup in the 2025 season. He ranks No. 910 overall and No. 86 safety in the Transfer Portal.
