Louisville football is trending in the right direction with an FCS wide receiver, Isaiah Fuhrmann. The Cardinals have added four wide receivers so far this offseason in Tre Richardson, Lawayne McCoy, Jackson Voth, and Montavin Quisenberry, and are looking to add one more. The Cardinals are not only in contact with the Elon transfer but have also earned an official visit.
The 6-foot-4, 190-pound wide receiver is coming off a monster season for the Phoenix as he logged 46 catches for 907 yards and nine receiving touchdowns. With Louisville looking for an elite playmaker on the outside, Fuhrmann emerges as a hidden gem, as he logged 20 yards per catch last season and earned 100 receiving yards or more in four games in the 2025 season.
Louisville is now in a recruiting battle with Kentucky and Wisconsin as all three schools have earned official visits from Fuhrmann. The 3-star transfer ranks No. 1,166 overall and No. 168 among wide receivers.
