2. Nana Owusu-Anane
Louisville basketball reportedly reached out to Nana Owusu-Anane, a Brown transfer and former SMU commit. The 6-foot-8, 220-pound transfer averaged 14.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 46.8 percent from the field in the 2023-24 season.
He scored 20 points or more in five games last season, including his season-high 21 point performance against Cornell. This elite forward recently opened up his recruiting process, after missing the entire 2024-25 season with a partially torn labrum.
The Cardinals are one of 12 teams to have reportedly to contact Owusu-Anane, as Kelsey and his Cardinals are going up against some elite programs in Ohio St., Virginia, Butler, Georgetown, Texas A&M, UCLA and a few others.
This high-flying forward secured 11 double-doubles in his 2023-24 season, including an impressive 19 points, 15 rebounds, four assists, two blocks, and two steals while shooting 72.7 percent from the floor in a Brown win over Princeton.
