Here are three things that could cut Louisville basketball's March Madness run short.

Louisville basketball is playing USF at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19. The Cardinals are seeking their first NCAA Tournament win since 2017 and will try to make a run to the Final Four, as their last Final Four appearance was in 2013, when they won the whole thing.

Louisville’s path to the Final Four is not easy, though. The Cards are the 6-seed in the East region, which also includes Duke, UConn, Michigan State, Kansas, St. John’s, and UCLA. The region is loaded with NBA-caliber players, Hall of Fame coaches, and multiple teams that entered the season with Final Four expectations.

A lot has to go Louisville’s way to make it to the Final Four, and if Pat Kelsey wants to go on a run, he has to fix a few things. So, here are three things that could derail Louisville basketball in the NCAA Tournament.
