Adrian Wooley

Adrian Wooley was a big reason why Louisville had such high expectations entering the 2025-26 season. The Cardinals earned Wooley’s commitment last offseason when he was a 5-star transfer and ranked as high as No. 9 in the Transfer Portal and No. 2 among combo guards.

Wooley had a bit of an up-and-down season, averaging 8.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 45 percent from the floor and 35 percent from beyond the arc. The 5-star transfer came off the bench for the majority of the season, but when Mikel Brown Jr. was out, he started in all 14 games.

Wooley should be a priority for Pat Kelsey and Louisville to bring back, but there have already been rumors that Arkansas might be interested in the former 5-star transfer. He showed a lot of potential when he started. He can be an elite guard, and with Louisville losing Brown, Ryan Conwell, and Isaac McKneely, Kelsey has to find a way to bring him back.
