2. Leon Bell

With Louisville losing multiple pieces up front, Jeff Brohm likely will want to get someone with experience, and not many are better than Leon Bell. The Cal transfer was a former JUCO player who played for Kilgore Community College before transferring to Mississippi State in 2023 and then to Cal in 2025.

At Kilgore CC, he earned First Team All-SWJCFC after playing in 11 games and was ranked No. 17 among junior college prospects and No. 8 among offensive linemen. At Mississippi State, he played in just six games across two seasons, including 2024, when he started against Arizona State. He logged the majority of his snaps at right tackle and earned 60 snaps while not giving up a sack or a penalty.

Bell already knows the league well, as he started eight games for Cal this past season. Bell is ranked as the second-best offensive lineman available and is ranked as high as the No. 23 offensive tackle in the portal and the No. 260 overall player in the Transfer Portal.
