Someone from Louisville football should reach out and get a hold of Purdue transfer Tyrell Green immediately. Green is currently the fourth-best offensive lineman available and the best interior offensive lineman available. With the Cardinals losing some key pieces from the 2025 season, Green would be a big-time addition.
He committed to Purdue from Eastern Kentucky in the spring Transfer Portal, but didn’t play last season and will now return to college football, and hopefully, Jeff Brohm gives him a call. He committed to Purdue over Texas Tech and Syracuse and was ranked as high as No. 342 in the 2025 portal and the No. 39 offensive lineman.
Now, he is back in the portal after not playing for Purdue and ranks No. 516 in the Transfer Portal, the No. 26-ranked interior offensive lineman. At Eastern Kentucky, the 6-foot-6, 355-pound lineman started in 10 of their 13 games and earned FCS Freshman All-American honors.
