4. Ryan Conwell
One of the Cardinals' biggest offseason additions was Xavier transfer Ryan Conwell. The 6-foot-4 215 215-pound guard is one of the best scorers in college basketball, and when imagining him playing in Kelsey's system, it is hard to think he won't have an even better season next year than he did with the Musketeers.
Kelsey has revealed that Conwell is one of the best scorers he has seen multiple times already. The 4-star transfer can knock it down from deep as he shot 41.3 percent from the 3-point line last season while splashing 99 3-pointers.
He averaged nearly three 3-pointers per game and scored at an impressive rate last season. Conwell scored 20 points or more in 12 games last season, including a 34-point performance against Villanova and a 38-point performance against Marquette.
He averaged 16.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.5 assists while shooting 45 percent from the field last season. The Cardinals will be Conwell's fourth team in four years, indicating he can make the transition smoothly. Expect Conwell to have an even better season in 2025 than his All-Big East season in 2024.
