4. Fanstake
The 5-star prospect has a sponsorhip with Fanstake, a platform that allows college athletes to receive money from fans. FanStake seems to have significantly impacted Ament and his choice, as he gave the Cardinals a shout-out in his announcement about his final five schools.
"They have a great relationship with not just me but my whole family, and obviously going back to Fanstake, their fans are in with them as well," Ament stated.
The Cardinals fan base has given Ament $86,872, leading all the fan bases. Their contribution nearly doubles the closest fanbase, as Kentucky has only offered $48,865. The Wildcats are second for their contribution, followed by Duke, Tennessee, and Arkansas, at No. 8.
The Louisville fan base showed this past season they are one of the most loyal and dedicated fans in the nation. They nearly sold out Rupp Arena for the Cardinals NCAA Tournament game, and then made sure to stay for their senior day ceremony, unlike some SEC program.
Ament will be drawn to the Cardinals for their amazing and loyal fans, who would want to be a part of history next season and be a glaring reason why this Cardinals culture is back and better than ever.
