4. London Johnson
A player everyone is excited about is the former G League player, London Johnson. There was a chance Johnson would suit up and play for Louisville at some point this season, but Louisville elected to redshirt him, and now the former G-League player will make his college basketball debut in 2026.
Johnson broke the internet when he committed to Louisville, becoming one of the first G League players to do so. With the Cardinals losing a lot in their backcourt, especially the point guard position, in Mikel Brown Jr., Ryan Conwell, and Kobe Rodgers, Kelsey will need Johnson to be a key rotation piece in the 2026-27 season.
The 6-foot-3, 181-pound guard is a former 4-star recruit, where he ranked No. 46 in the nation and No. 8 among combo guards. He held offers from North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and others. Johnson brings extensive G League Ignite experience, averaging 10.6 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 4.9 assists in his final season with them.
