5. J'Vonne Hadley
Last year, J'Vonne Hadley was one of the Cardinals' best players, averaging 12.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. The Colorado transfer led the team in rebounds and was one of their best all-around players. He had great chemistry with Chucky Hepburn, and now that Brown is leading the way, the fans should expect Hadley to improve even further.
Hadley likes to back his defender down, but can also shoot from mid-range. Hadley is 6-foot-6, 215 pounds, but can handle the ball and run plays. Kelsey demonstrated this last season, and when they do it again this year, it is clear that he can use a screen and drive to the lane to find Brown for an open shot. Brown could even be the screener and pop, or he can be in the corner and ready to shoot.
Hadley is also an excellent cutter who knows where to go on the court. With Brown's ability to playmake and pass, Hadley might be cutting through the lane a bit more this season. Hadley is a rare player who can do it all, and he will be a key player for Louisville next season.
