Isaac McKneely
Continuing with the stacked backcourt, up next is Virginia transfer Isaac McKneely. McKneely was a 4-star transfer who ranked as high as No. 20 in the portal, and he was an absolute sniper during his time with the Cavaliers.
McKneely was one of the best shooters beyond the arc last season. He led the ACC in three-point percentage with 42 percent, and that is exactly what the Cardinals need. McKneely will most likely start due to his shooting ability, as he set a career-high in threes made in a season with 101.
With the loss of Reyne Smith, the Cards need a new sharpshooter. McKneely aims to fill that role and bring more athleticism. McKneely must step up not just beyond the arc, but will be crucial to space the floor out and draw attention.
