The Louisville basketball roster is filling up, and fans are speculating on who might hit the transfer portal following this massive week. The Cardinals hit three massive splashes in the portal as they will bring in three players from the transfer portal. Pat Kelsey struck gold this week as these three guards were all ranked in 247Sports' top 10 players to enter the transfer portal.

Adrian Wooley, Ryan Conwell and Isaac McKneely all commited to Louisville this week, and skyrocketed the Cardinals title odds entering the 2025-26 season. The Cardianls are ranked No. 1 for their offseason transactions, according to 247Sports, and are reported to not be done yet. McKneely is Kelsey's most recent addition as the 4-star sharpshooter out of Virginia is ranked No. 9 in the transfer portal.

After securing McKneely, it is evident that some players' roster spots aren't safe, or some might decide to use the transfer portal to earn more minutes.

Kelsey will have some hard decisions in the upcoming week, and it might cost him some returning players and some fan-favorite players. Here are five Louisville basketball players who aren't safe after Isaac McKneely committed to the Cardinals.

5. Kasean Pryor

Kasean Pryor is a Cardinal, and many fans keep checking to see if he has entered the portal. Pryor was a valuable piece to Kelsey's roster last season, but after McKneely committed to Louisville, fans are starting to speculate if the 6-foot-10 forward is going to return. The Cardinals are already bringing in Sananda Fru from Germany, who is expected to be a pivotal piece in the rotation.

Louisville's roster is starting to fill out, and the Cardinals are missing a stretch four who can knock down jumpers. It wouldn't be surprising if the Cardinals go back into the portal and try to land another forward from the portal, and it could cost them Pryor. McKneely committing to the Cardinals impacts Pryor because he will now take possessions away from the offense, and the Cardinals forward might want to transfer somewhere else where he is a priority.

Before he tore his ACL last year, he averaged 12.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.1 blocks while shooting 36.8 percent from the field. If Pryor returns, he would be a starter, but McKneely joining the squad could make Louisville go after a forward or center in the portal, and if Kelsey lands a big man from the portal next, Pryor might decide to leave.
