Louisville football is set to face off this weekend against its in-state rival, the Kentucky Wildcats. The Cards currently hold the Governor's Cup after snapping their five-game losing streak to Kentucky with a 41-17 victory last season. L&N Stadium is going to host a 7-4 Cards against a 5-6 Wildcats, and of course, Louisville's Senior Day.

However, a lot of players will be playing their final game in L&N Stadium this weekend and in a Cards uniform, as many will either hit the Transfer Portal or declare for the 2026 NFL Draft. The Transfer Portal has taken college sports by storm as both basketball and football are seeing record numbers of transfers per year.

Louisville lost 24 players to the portal last year, while adding 29 transfers. The portal is a new way for Louisville to improve its roster, as Jeff Brohm has shown he is not afraid to go grab a quarterback from the portal. So, with Louisville playing its final regular-season game this weekend, here are five players we have in mind who could either enter the NFL Draft or the Transfer Portal.
