1. Isaac McKneely

Louisville basketball is in a heated battle with North Carolina for the Virginia transfer Isaac McKneely. The elite shooter from Virginia is a consensus top-five player in this year's transfer portal and is being recruited by nearly every team in college basketball.

It was a bit of a shock when McKneely entered the transfer portal, and Kelsey and his staff wasted no time, so they immediately reached out. The Cardinals will look to replace their top three scorers from last season, and this sharpshooter is the perfect player to take over the Louisville basketball program. He would be an ideal fit next to 5-star commit Mikel Brown Jr.

The lethal shooter made 42.1 percent of his three-pointers last season, averaging 14.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists while shooting 43.9 percent from the floor. He has shot the ball exceptionally well in college, especially in the past two seasons.

He has the ability to take over the games from beyond the arc as he made nearly 3.5 threes per game last year. McKneely has great court vision and can find the open space on the floor to spread the court out.
