1. Isaiah Horton | WR | Alabama

Louisville football still has to address the wide receiver position, and while Richardson was a massive addition, he is a speedster like Lacy, but is undersized at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds. Richardson proved he can be WR1 last year at Vandy, but with this being a wish list and Louisville needing someone big like Chris Bell, Isaiah Horton would be just the perfect guy.

The Alabama transfer shocked the nation when he entered the portal, as the former Miami Hurricane commit had a productive season with the Tide. But with Ty Simpson declaring for the draft, it looks like Horton is entering the portal. The 6-foot-4, 210-pound receiver spent his first three seasons with Miami, where he logged 70 catches for 790 and six touchdowns, including his final season with the Canes, where he earned a career high 56 catches for 616 yards.

Now, after another productive season where he logged 42 catches for 511 yards and eight touchdowns, he emerges as nearly every program's dream target. Jeff Brohm hasn’t been shy about reaching out to elite wide receivers this offseason, and while he is going to cost a fortune, the Louisville fans certainly can dream on pairing Horton with Richardson on the outside with Lincoln Kienholz at QB and Isaac Brown at RB. Horton ranks as the No. 9 transfer in the portal and the second-best receiver.
