2. James Madison II
James Madison II could be a sneaky receiver that the Cardinals steal without anyone batting an eye. The Missouri wide receiver has yet to record a stat for the Tigers, but he definitely can make an impact.
Madison was a four-star recruit coming out of high school and ranked No. 42 at the wide receiver position in his class, according to ESPN. The former Tigers’ receiver has a big 6-foot-3 frame and would be a nice piece to add to the rebuilding receiver core for the Cardinals.
He might not have stats to show for himself, but Madison could be a work in progress that the Cardinals turn into a top wide receiver in the ACC. If Madison decided to call Louisville his next home, the Cardinals would have a possible three years to find the perfect place for him in the offense. Sometimes it’s not the big names that do the most, but the names you invest the most into.
