3. Aly Khalifa

Aly Khalifa isn't necessarily an under-the-radar player, as Louisville fans and Pat Kelsey have discussed him all offseason, but he will shock the nation. Khalifa was finally ruled eligible after he missed last year with an injury, and the team and fans have incredibly high expectations for the now 7-foot center.

Khalifa lost over 50 pounds and now weighs 250 pounds and is in the best shape of his collegiate career. Khalifa played his first two seasons with Charlotte, where he averaged 11.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game, while shooting 38.1 percent from beyond the arc.

The reason Khalifa is going to emerge as a star for the Cardinals is because of his ability to pass at his size and shoot from downtown. Louisville is going to have fun using him from beyond the arc, as he can not only shoot, but Mikel Brown Jr. compared him to Nikola Jokić, and Kelsey revealed he is a top-five passer at his size in the world.
