The Georgia transfer emerges as a prime target for Pat Kelsey and Louisville as they try to replace their former 5-star freshman. Jeremiah Wilkinson has had two impressive seasons, one in the ACC with Cal and the most recent in the SEC with Georgia.
The 4-star transfer is an elite guard who can take over with his offensive skills, blowing by nearly any defender, and is continuing to improve his shot from beyond the arc. This past season, he shot 41 percent from the field and 36 percent from beyond the arc, making 2.5 3’s per game and 79 total on the year, while averaging 17.4 points per game.
Wilkinson is a pure scorer who scored 20 points or more in 10 games and 30 points or more in three games. He now ranks as high as No. 18 overall and No. 3 among combo guards.
