4. Jayvan Boggs
Jayvan Boggs, a former 4-star Florida State commit, has already drawn interest from Louisville fans. The Cards previously offered him when he was a top-2025 recruit, but he chose FSU over Louisville, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and other powerhouse programs. Now, after his true freshman season, he is entering the portal.
If Boggs wants to make an immediate impact, Louisville has the ability to make that happen. The Cardinals want someone who will be here for more than just one season, so they can develop him, but also give him the starting reps this season. Boggs was ranked as high as No. 179 in the nation and the No. 24 wide receiver in the class, and with Louisville needing depth and talent, and Boggs wanting the opportunity to shine, it appears to be a good fit for both.
The Florida State transfer earned nine catches for 103 yards and one touchdown this season. If Boggs wants to stay in the ACC, then Louisville should try to contact this former 4-star immediatley.
