5. Christion Stokes

Jeff Brohm and the Louisville football team have a tendency to land some hidden gems from the FCS level or Division II, and someone who is standing out and available is the Findlay transfer Christian Stokes. With the Cardinals in dire need of landing a safety who ca play physical and has ballhawk-like attributes, Stokes immediatley stands out.

Sokes was a former 3-star recruit out of high school who earned multiple offers but ultimately committed to West Virginia. He went on to log 94 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, and four sacks in his high school career, and after not earning much time with the Mountaineers, he transferred to Findlay.

He is now looking to make the jump back to FBS and Division I after he logged 105 tackles, 16 pass breakups, 10 tackles for a loss, three interceptions, and one sack in his two years. Last season, he earned All-Region D2CCA honors after being a dominant defensive back for the Oilers, recording 12 pass breakups and 5.5 tackles for loss.
