3. Marcus Stokes
A Division II quarterback who has put up ridiculous numbers is Marcus Stokes. The West Florida star transfer is an elite QB who will look to make the jump from DII to DI this season after winning the Gulf South Conference Offensive Player of the Year and being one of the finalists for the DII Heisman Trophy and the Harlon Hill Trophy.
Stokes led UWF to a 10-2 record while throwing an impressive 30 touchdowns compared to just 12 interceptions on 368 passing attempts. He threw for 3,297 passing yards on a 60.6 completion percentage, while also rushing for 367 yards and 10 touchdowns.
He has already heard from Power Four programs like Florida State, Syracuse, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and James Madison. So, Brohm and Cards will have to reach out quickly if they want to be one of his top candidates, as some Power Four schools are already heavily recruiting him.
