The top target for Brohm and Louisville has to be the Old Dominion transfer Colton Joseph. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound transfer is high on our list for many reasons, but given his 3-star rating in his past season, he is highly underrated. Joseph is ranked as a 3-star transfer and the No. 6 QB and No. 25 player in the portal early into the offseason.
As more players and quarterbacks enter the portal, Joseph could go unnoticed, giving Brohm an opportunity to aggressively recruit him. The Old Dominion transfer has thrown for a total of 4,251 yards and 32 touchdowns in his collegiate career, while also rushing for 1,654 rushing yards and 24 rushing touchdowns.
His eye-catching 2024 season was as dominant as it comes, as he threw for 2,624 yards and 21 touchdowns and rushed for 1,007 yards and 13 touchdowns. Joseph will be a junior next season, meaning he will meet the fans' needs of a quarterback playing for more than one season.
