10. Florida State

Florida State enters the ACC Tournament as the No. 11 seed and will look to build on its impressive win over SMU. The Seminoles have won just one game in their last five tries, causing them to fall to 8-12 in the ACC. FSU will face Syracuse in the first round.
9. Virginia Cavaliers

Virginia is entering the ACC Tournament after a 14-point loss to Syracuse. The Cavaliers will be the No. 9 seed and will face Georgia Tech on March 12.
8. Stanford Cardinal

Stanford is coming off a double-digit loss to the No. 14-ranked Louisville Cardinals. Stanford is 11-9 in ACC play and 19-12 in the season, but it has slipped two straight to end the season, causing it to fall in the power rankings.
7. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

Georgia Tech has the potential to be a Cinderella team in this ACC Tournament. If they can win on March 12, the Yellow Jackets will face Virginia in the first round and Duke in the second. Georgia Tech has wins over Louisville and Clemson this season and has won four of its last five.
6. SMU

SMU was on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament for a long time, but after the Mustangs' brutal stretch to end the season, SMU entered the tournament as the ACC's No. 6 seed. The Mustangs have lost four of their last seven.
