2. Virginia Cavaliers
In the biggest upset of the week, Virginia lost its first ACC game to Wake Forest 16-9. Turnovers were a significant factor in the Cavaliers' loss, as they fumbled the ball three times. Although it's never good to lose, this loss could serve as a wake-up call for Virginia, allowing it to be better prepared for the future.
The Cavaliers have two games remaining on their schedule, against Duke and Virginia Tech. Of the four teams at 5-1 in the ACC, Virginia definitely has the most straightforward path the rest of the way. As long as Virginia can take care of the ball, it shouldn’t have too much trouble finishing the season.
