13. Florida State Seminoles

Although their record doesn’t show it, the Seminoles have been competitive this year. Its 24-10 loss to Clemson on Saturday was the first time Florida State had lost a game by more than one score. They have fallen a long way from the No. 7 team in the land, as they used to be, but there is still life in this team.

We saw the spark come back to life in Florida State's 42-7 win over Wake Forest last week, but Clemson put out that spark fast. The Seminoles could get over the hump these next two weeks as they play Virginia Tech and NC State, before having to play an SEC foe in Florida. They only need to win two games to be bowl eligible, which would be a fantastic turnaround from last season, when they won only two games.
