9. North Carolina State Wolfpack
It’s still crazy to believe that NC State took down Georgia Tech a week ago, to throw the ACC into a world of chaos. Now, as they are coming off a bye, the Wolfpack will look to dethrone another ranked opponent in the Miami Hurricanes this week.
NC State is only 5-4, but taking down teams like Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, and Virginia is a sign that the Wolfpack can hang with anyone on any given day. They’ll be looking for another big performance out of CJ Bailey and Jayden Scott this coming week, as those two accounted for 570 yards of total offense against Georgia Tech.
