The ACC is continuing its streak as the weirdest conference in college football, as there were plenty of blowouts and upsets through Friday and Saturday. The bottom dwellers continued to lose, as many of the ACC's top-tier teams spiraled into irrelevance.
Georgia Tech was the biggest loser this weekend, losing at home to Pitt 42-28, a game in which the Yellowjackets were never in control. While most teams took care of business this weekend, teams like Louisville, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and especially Syracuse continue to spiral out of control as the season nears its end.
The biggest outliers among the teams that lost this weekend were Louisville and Cal, as they both got handled in their games. They both got blown out decisively.
