No. 11: California Bears

Cal has seemed to have a very back-and-forth season this year, as they will win games they are not supposed to win, but then turn around and lose to bad football teams.

After beating Louisville on the road last week, they went to Stanford and completely laid an egg against their arch-rival. The Bears have been fun to watch with their explosive quarterback, but without consistency, it is hard to see Cal as a higher-class ACC team at this point in the season.

No. 10: NC State Wolfpack

NC State is yet another team that has been wildly inconsistent this season, having beaten good ACC teams but also lost games they were favored in by considerable margins.

NC State defeated Wake Forest, Virginia, and Georgia Tech this season, but lost an improbable game to Virginia Tech and got blown out by double digits to Pitt, Duke, Notre Dame, and Miami. It has been all about consistency for the Wolfpack, and they just haven't had that this season.
