No. 16: Boston College Eagles

Boston College looked to be a decent team in the ACC to start the year, with close losses to Michigan State and Cal. However, after being blown out by Stanford and suffering a brutal 41-point loss to Pitt on Saturday, it's hard to find any positives for this team moving forward.

Boston College may have given up the season at this point, and things can't get much worse. The only reason they are not below UNC is that they have shown on occasion that they can compete with some teams in the ACC. At the same time, UNC hasn't even made it remotely close to that, despite their record.

No. 15: Syracuse Orange

The Syracuse Orange have had a rollercoaster of a season in the past three weeks, as they went from beating Clemson to getting blown out by Duke and losing to SMU handily. The Orange has proven since the Clemson game that they are not here to stay as a top team in the ACC this year. They have not been competitive in their last two games at all. Not to mention that two of their three wins are against Colgate and UConn.

Until the Orange can prove they can win games or at least stay competitive, they will remain near the bottom of the ACC.
