No. 12: Pittsburgh Panthers
After coming off a heartbreaking loss to Louisville last week, it was looking like Pitt might lay an egg against Boston College this past weekend. However, Pitt dominated the Eagles by 41 points, and with a win like that, they seem to push themselves above the bad ACC teams, while not providing enough to be labeled a "good" football team.
In true Pitt and Pat Narduzzi fashion, they have had a bizarre season, and the blowout win against Boston College kept that tradition going. Pitt will be looking to build on that win as they take on Florida State next weekend.
No. 11: Clemson Tigers
While Clemson did have a dominating win this past weekend, it was also against the worst team in the ACC: North Carolina.
Clemson dominated from start to finish, but with two wins over UNC and Troy, what is there to show for this Tigers team? Sure, they held it close with LSU and Georgia Tech, but that can only account for so much when they have continued to lose this season.
Clemson will need to build off of this and stack up more high-caliber wins if it wants to truly save this season from being a total trainwreck.
