No. 12: Virginia Tech Hokies

Virginia has been playing the same song and dance all season long, and that continued this week. The Hokies have had trouble sustaining wins all season, and that continued this week, when they lost to North Carolina but beat Wake Forest. Not to mention being humiliated by FSU and losing to Miami two weeks ago.

The Hokies were looking to sneak into March Madness this season, but inconsistency and some bad losses will likely keep them out again.

No. 11: Stanford Cardinal

Stanford finally got back in the consistent winning column this week when they beat SMU and Pitt, but the wins are coming much too late for them. Stanford looked like they could be in the top third of the ACC this season, but have fallen apart over the past 2 months, going 4-7 since the middle of January and just 2-7 if you take out their wins from last week.

Stanford is most definitely out of the bubble conversation, but their consistency last week is what keeps them just outside the top 10, placing them just outside the top ten of the ACC in these rankings.
