No. 5: Pitt Panthers
Although the Pitt Panthers were defeated by Notre Dame at home yesterday, they remain a top-five team in the ACC. Notre Dame continues to prove it is a top team in the nation, while Pitt shows it has some work to do ahead of its gauntlet of a schedule.
Pitt still has the ACC championship in mind, and prior to this game, the team has had a very good season, with its only other loss coming against Louisville and West Virginia. Pitt will have two significant opportunities against Miami and Georgia Tech to finish the year, as a win in either of those games could cause some absolute chaos in the ACC.
