The Louisville football program has a massive showdown at L&N Stadium tomorrow afternoon against the No. 24 Virginia Cavaliers. The city of Louisville is buzzing with excitement as Cardinals fans know how big a game this is for their 2025 season.

Louisville eyes that glorious ACC Title, but for the Cardinals to return to Charlotte and play in the program's second ACC Championship game, this showdown with the Cavaliers is a massive step in that direction. With many fans eager for the game, a lot are tuning in for experts' picks, and one of the best college football analysts is former ESPN analyst David Pollack.

The well-known analyst has his own show, "See Ball Get Ball with David Pollack", and last night he made his official pick for the Cardinals and Cavaliers showdown.

David Pollack makes his prediction for massive ACC showdown

Pollack is a College Football Hall of Famer and is a three-time First-Team All-American and a former first-round pick in the NFL Draft. He is one of the top analysts for the sport and is one of the most liked. He and his co-host, Brent Rollins, recently broke down Louisville's matchup with the Cavaliers, and both seem to think the Cardinals win, but in an ACC battle.

"I got Louisville as well," Pollack stated after Rollins picked Louisville to win 30-27. "Bell is a superstar at wide receiver. Lacy is a good receiver, and don't get me started on my running back. That was one of my favorite guys to watch last year. If you give him(Isaac Brown) any whole whatsoever, he'll hit it and he'll score. Miller Moss is good enough, but he is not elite by any stretch."

Both analysts picked the Cardinals, but both spoke very poorly of Louisville's offensive line. Pollack stated that there is no hole for Brown to run through, and Moss is getting no protection.

"Their offensive line has been playing basically like one of the worst in the country. Miller Moss is constantly under pressure, and under a run block, it is even worse." Rollins stated.

The Cardinals can score quickly and often on explosive plays, but the two analysts revealed that this offensive line must be physical and must win in the trenches. Louisville is currently favored by 6.5 points, and many are trending to pick the Cardinals, but it is clear that this offensive line is a massive concern.

The Cardinals have Miami in two weeks after their bye, and Pollack revealed that if Louisville wants to contend in this wide-open ACC race, then this offensive line has to improve, and it starts this weekend. So, yes, both analysts picked the Cardinals, but the consensus area of concern for Louisville is this offensive line, and hopefully Brohm and company can get it fixed before it costs them.
