Former Louisville football star Jaire Alexander signed with the Baltimore Ravens, teaming up with his former Cardinals teammate and Heisman trophy winner, Lamar Jackson. The two teammates played together at Louisville from 2015 to 2017, during which they had an impressive run.

They went on to win eight wins or more in every season, including an impressive 9-4 season. The Cardinals were one of the top teams in the nation that year, climbing the rankings to No. 3.

Well, before Alexander signed with the Ravens, he spent seven years with the Green Bay Packers, as he was the No. 18 overall pick in the NFL Draft and earned All-Pro honors twice. However, he missed 32 games over the last four seasons and played just 361 snaps during the 2022 season. Alexander's dad was recently on ESPN Milwaukee and criticized the Green Bay Packers organization for his injuries.

Alexander is one of the top cornerbacks in the nation, and when he is healthy, he is a lockdown cornerback that is a nightmare for quarterbacks. The former Cardinal logged 287 tackles, 12 interceptions, and 70 pass deflections in his seven years with Green Bay.

Well, his dad went on the air and absolutely ripped the Packers organization, stating not only that he wanted to be a Packer for life but also that they did not handle his injury the right way.

"If the Packers had taken the injury serious when it happened he would have been available down the final stretch of the season." Alexander's father stated on the radio show. "

Alexander's father then went on to rip the Packers for the contract they offered him, stating, "Only a fool would sign."

Alexander's deal with the Ravens is a one-year contract worth $4 million, but it can be as high as $6 million. Alexander's father stated that he should have been ready by the end of the season if they had taken proper care of the injury. The former Cardinal only played 10 snaps last season after week 8. Alexander will now turn the page and begin the next chapter of his career as a Baltimore Raven.
