Entering Louisville football's clash with Miami, some of the Cards fans were upset with Jeff Brohm and this teams performance. Louisville was playing underwhelming football and was not passing the fans eye test, and after they lost to Virginia the fans called Brohm out.
Well, all it took was the Brohm special, as the Cardinals took down the No. 2 team in the nation, and the Cardinals head coach is being talked about as one of the best coaches in the ACC and college football again. The Cardinals are 5-1 and while some fan bases are without a coach, Louisville fans are confident they have one of the best in the nation.
After the big win over Miami many analyst and experts talked about the game but Josh Pate once again gave Brohm his flowers that he deserves.

After the Cardinals Miami win Brohm's impressive 4-2 record against Top 5 teams since 2018 blew up over the internet. All of a sudden Penn State and Florida fans are looking at Brohm and trying to claim him as an option when in all reality the Cardinals head coach isn't going anywhere.
Brohm has flown under-the-radar for years, but the one guy who have constantly given Brohm him flowers is the college football analyst, Josh Pate.
"We say it every year, Jeff Brohm is a top 10 head coach. Period." Pate stated.
Brohm has constantly been able to win the big games through his coaching career and it all started with Purdue when he shocked Ohio State, Iowa, and Michigan State. He then returned home and is the head coach for Louisville and has defeated Miami two of the three years, while also beating Notre Dame and eanred the programs first win over Clemson.
When college football fans think of coaches they will say Kirby Smart, Marcus Freeman, Ryan Day and others at these big-time programs. ESPN put out an article rankings the best coaches entering the 2025 season and by no surprisse they didn't have Brohm in their top 10.
However, Pate has been screaming Brohm is a top 10 coach for quite sometime now, and is on record stating it as early as June. Now, he is here stating again after the Cardinals are the talk of the ACC.
Brohm consistently can outcoach his opponents despite the talent difference. Now, he just has to find a way to put a complete season together and with the Cardinals sitting at 5-1 and favorited in every game but one, it looks like this could be the year Louisville might claim the ACC Title.
