Louisville basketball is fighting for the No. 4 seed in the ACC Tournament as the Cardinals sit just 1.5 games back from the Clemson Tigers. The Cardinals recently lost on the road to SMU, and with just five games remaining, these Cardinals fans made it clear they have faith in Pat Kelsey and this Cardinals squad.

Louisville was on a five-game win streak before that loss to the Mustangs, and with just five games remaining, it appears many fans believe this team is trending in the right direction. Louisville's remaining schedule isn't easy by any means, but with Mikel Brown Jr. surging and with what is at stake, the fans are confident they are due for another win streak.

Before the SMU game, we posted a poll on X (formerly Twitter) asking Cardinals fans how many of the final six games they think they would win. And going back to the poll, Louisville fans appear to be confident in this team, as 40.7 percent of the 462 votes said the Cards would go 5-1.

SMU was no easy game, and they are one of the better offenses in the ACC. So, some may have projected the Cardinals' loss to be against the Mustangs, but with UNC, Clemson, and Miami still on Louisville's schedule, the Cardinals have to find a way to rattle off another win streak.

There is a lot at stake in these final five games, specifically the three road games just mentioned above. The second-most placed votes were a 4-2 record, which 31.4 percent of the 462 voters predicted. After the Cardinals lost to SMU, this certainly seems like a possibility, as they have struggled on the road against good teams.

Right now, the Cardinals are favored in all three games according to ESPN Matchup Predictor. With UNC without Caleb Wilson, the Cardinals' chances skyrocket to 61.2 percent, and ESPN gives Louisville a 66.9 percent chance to beat Miami, despite the Hurricanes winning six of their last seven, including a win over UNC with Wilson.

The Cardinals fans have a lot of faith in Kelsey's squad, and ESPN Matchup Predictor is here to back the fans up as they give the Cardinals a good chance to go 5-0 in these last five. There is a lot at stake, but with the Cardinals surging at the perfect time and fans rallying behind the team, Louisville has a strong case to make a push for a spot in the top four at the end of the regular season.
