Louisville basketball's offseason was one of the best in college basketball as Pat Kelsey splashed three massive commitments from three elite guards. 5-star commit Mikel Brown Jr. will run Louisville, but playing along with him will be some of the best shooters in college basketball, including Virginia transfer Isaac McKneely.

Kelsey's newest sharpshooter is expected to take this program to the next level and be a crucial piece to the 2025-26 roster. Louisville fans made it clear this offseason they wanted a 3-point specialist, and well, Kelsey made sure to get some.

McKneely has been shown on social media wearing red and black, and the Cardinals fans are loving it. Not only do they love the colors and team he is representing, but they are drooling over just how lethal this sharpshooter is.

The 4-star transfer is one of the best knockdown shooters in the nation. He splashed 233 3-pointers in his three seasons with the Cavaliers, which ranks in the top five in program history. He connected on 182 threes in the last two seasons and really popped off last year when he made 101 3-pointers.

He not only makes a lot of shots from beyond the arc, but he does it at an exceptionally high rate. He has shot 42.2 percent from beyond the arc over the last three seasons, making it clear he is the perfect fit for Kelsey's offense.

Well, in early June, Louisville released a quick highlight clip of McKneely in red and black for the first time, and the fans are loving it. The 6-foot-4 3-point specialist is shown finishing through contact, shooting off the dribble and the pass, and, of course, making consecutive 3-pointers.

The best part of the clip? The Cardinals fans see just how perfectly McKneely fits with Louisville. McKneely was the Cardinal's No. 1 dream target all offseason, and now they are getting their first look at him wearing a Cardinal on his chest rather than a Cavalier, and it is everything they dreamed of and more.
