3-point specialist

Louisville needs to go out and get its knockdown shooter for next year. The Cardinals lost Ryan Conwell, Isaac McKneely, and Mikel Brown Jr., forcing Kelsey to go get his 3-point specialist. There is no debate, Kelsey is a coach who loves to shoot a lot of 3’s, and right now the Cardinals' best 3-point shooter on the roster is Adrian Wooley.

While Wooley shot above 41 percent his freshman season, Kelsey will want to go get a player like McKneely and Reyne Smith, who are pure shooters and can get hot at any moment. The Cardinals' roster is going to look a lot different next season, and Kelsey will have to add multiple players from the portal, but if Kelsey wants Louisville to contend next season, he has to find a shooter he can rely on from downtown.

The Cardinals are known to live and die from beyond the arc under Kelsey, and with Kelsey’s style of play, Louisville needs to go add a player who can shoot high volume 3’s and make them at a high rate.
