Louisville basketball is having an offseason that exceeds all expectations. The Cardinals' backcourt is loaded with talent, and Louisville is expected to make a deep March run next year as they are led by two 5-stars.

Mikel Brown Jr. and Adrian Wooley are expected to be Pat Kelsey's starters with a lethal backup rotation in Isaac McKneely and Kobe Rodgers. Ryan Conwell will most likely start in the small forward position, making Louisville have two left-handed snipers and one of the best 3-point shooting lineups in the nation.

It is unknown at the time if Kasean Pryor and J'Vonne Hadley will return, forcing the Cardinals to look at some positions and skills for next season. The Cardinals are expected to spend nearly $10 million this offseason, which implies they are not done yet.

So, if the Cardinals don't land Ament and are still waiting to hear from Pryor and Hadley, Kelsey must address some key areas to make this team a National Championship contender.

This article will examine five glaring areas that this team needs to address in the final two weeks of the transfer portal.
