Louisville football has had one of the best offseasons in college football so far. The Cardinals have been able to recruit from within and keep Isaac Brown, Antonio Watts, and AJ Green while also landing big-time transfers like Tre Richardson, Koen Entringer, and Lincoln Kienholz.
The portal window is open for only a few more days, as it closes on Friday, January 16, but transfers can still be committed well after the portal closes. They just have to enter the portal before that deadline on the 16th. There are still plenty of names that are in the portal, and Louisville still has some areas to fill.
The Cardinals have the No. 3-ranked class according to On3 Sports, and Jeff Brohm and company will likely try to add a few more players this week. Louisville has to address its secondary, as it lost multiple defensive backs from last season, and it might want to address some areas on offense as well.
