NFL Combine officially started this afternoon at 3 p.m. local time, and Louisville football was represented by their star defensive end, Ashton Gillotte today.

The NFL Scouting Combine is the first of two opportunities for college football players to showcase their skills and potential before the NFL Draft. The only other opportunity is the pro day that colleges set up for their athletes.

The Combine is invite only and is viewed more important than the pro days. Today at the NFL Combine, defensive linemen and line backers participated in the events, including Louisville's own, Ashton Gillotte.
