2. Quarterback
Jeff Brohm has gone to the Transfer Portal every year since he has been at Louisville, and it is safe to say his experiment with Miller Moss was a whiff. Cardinals fans have been incredibly underwhelmed by Moss's performance this season, and with the USC transfer set to graduate, the Cards are left without a starting quarterback yet again.
Some fans are saying to give Deuce Adams and Briggs Cherry a chance, but with both having minimal experience and being a redshirt sophomore and true freshman, it might be best to hit the portal once again. Getting an experienced guy with some years of eligibility left and the ability to lead a team would be a massive pickup for this offense and could also help keep star running backs Isaac Brown and Keyjuan Brown.
With Brohm and his success in developing quarterbacks, Louisville is becoming a destination for players looking to save their careers or elevate their game to become NFL quarterbacks. The Cards are losing a lot on offense, and the quarterback will be an area they have to address this offseason, whether it's for their starter or a backup.
