Louisville football is taking on the Kentucky Wildcats from L&N Stadium this afternoon for the Governor's Cup. The Cardinals are on a three-game winning streak, while Kentucky has won three of its last four but dropped to Vanderbilt last week.

The Cards were heavily favored in this matchup when the odds were first released, but since then, the Cards and Cats fans have seen this line move drastically in favor of the Wildcats. The Cardinals' injury report is crushing as they are expected to be without four running backs and lean on a walk-on freshman.

As we are under an hour from kickoff, the Vegas oddsmakers once again changed the line, and again, it isn't a good sign for Louisville.

The Cardinals' injuries continue to be the story of the season, as this Louisville squad was once ranked No. 15 in the nation and the frontrunner to win the ACC after upsetting Miami. However, Louisville lost Isaac Brown, lost to Cal and Clemson, lost Keyjuan Brown as well, lost to SMU, and now, all of a sudden, they are 7-4.

Louisville was once a 6.5-point favorite in this game, but those grueling injuries have had a massive impact, leading fans to see the odds drop to 3.5 earlier in the week, then to 2.5 points this morning, and now, just before kickoff, Louisville is only favored by 1.5 points, according to FanDuel.

The Cardinals learned Miller Moss is expected to play, which is a good boost for this offense, but the absence of four running backs and Chris Bell is a clear reason why this line keeps moving in favor of the Cats.

The keys to a Cards win are going to be winning the turnover margin, and for Moss to step up and rise to the occasion. He has had quite an underwhelming season for Louisville, but a win over Kentucky with this depleted offense would end the regular season on a high note.
