Shooting Guard: Adrian Wooley
The Cards have already lost three players to the portal, and Adrian Wooley is on transfer watch. However, if Louisville and Pat Kelsey can find a way to bring Wooley back, it would be a huge boost to this roster.
Wooley has star power and the potential to be one of Kelsey's elite scorers next season if he returns. The Cardinals landed Wooley last offseason as a 5-star transfer who ranked as high as No. 9 in the Transfer Portal, and while he certainly had a few bumps his first year with Louisville, he showed he is a crafty guard who can take over games and be an offensive threat for Kelsey.
The combo guard has the skills to be a catch-and-shoot 3-point shooter, but also play iso ball, and either use his handles and speed to attack the rim or use his craftiness to create his own shot. He was a key piece in the offense last year and can be one of the top pieces next year if he comes back.
